Ever since the Dairy farm loop, rengas fall path and catchment path have been closed for maintenance, i have been resisting myself from trespassing the cordoned area. So have resort to just mileage along rifle range Rd and MR. But with the HK race comimg up, have to 临时抱佛脚。so today paid my respect to the blocks of HDB flats at clementi. All blocks are build with 40 storeys. Nice and cool weather. Did 5 ascent of 40 storeys, with an average timing of 6 to 8 mins. Lethargy of the leg wasnt the issue, it was the slight giddiness that I had to grapple with.
