Ever talking to some stupid company that charged you because you accidetally signed up for something... ever want to threaten them with a lawyer. Come on we all have with cell companys esp. Well let me tell you what to say that will end the argument in your favor.... Tell them, they are being unethical and if you have to you will call the better business beuro and you will get... silence...then "let me put you on hold one minute while i discuss this with my supervisor" two mins latter they will come back on the phone "ok, so my supervisor approved me giving you this credit." your thinking "score" that worked better than anything else I have ever used to haggle with this stupid companies before .... So proud of myself! :-D
