It will eventually have 6 Speedball Fields, 2 Recball Fields and 1 Airsoft Field. Our newest field will appeal to everyone and we will be looking at hosting tournaments amongst other exciting adventures. The Field Manager is responsible for promoting and maximizing company culture, sales and profitability while controlling expenses and shortages. The Field Manager must exhibit sound reasoning and accurate judgement in the decision-making process. Extensive Paintball knowledge is preferred!! Requirements: Reliable transportation required as must be able to Travel to Buckeye as well as too our main headquarters in Phoenix some days of the week. Must have prior retail and management experience. Must have extensive paintball knowledge. (How to run a tournament, repair a marker, whos who in the paintball industry) Must have prior experience training and supervising employees. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Job Responsibilities: Ensure each customer receives exceptional service by providing an open and friendly environment and having solid product knowledge. Oversee and direct performance in the following areas: Customer Checkout, Inventory Control and Facilities Maintenance. Lead and manage all field maintenance issues. Responsible for daily operations and running paintball games. (Ideas for new games, scenario write ups and so much more!) Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, Excel and Outlook is helpful.
