Ever wondered how fighters drop those last kgs before a fight? How you hear of a fighter being 10kg+ heavier the night of the fight? A big mistake I find a lot of fighters make is, they dont prepare themselves for the weight cut, ie.. the final sweat session needs to be built up days before that last sweat by super hydrating properly. A weight cut done properly can see a fighter lose anywhere between 5-10kgs with in hours.
