Ever wondered what goes on at a Slimming World group? Let me share a little of what happened at our two groups in Blancos yesterday. It was another fab Tuesday at both sessions with my lovely members....always a pleasure:0) There were some fantastic losses especially for one lady who lost 7lb in her first week and did so without ever feeling hungry ....wow! Lots of great recipe sharing including a Slimming World Lasagne, Cottage Pie, English Breakfast, Chip Chop Curry sauce and Rissoles....both sessions were bursting with people eager to support each other no matter what!! I had the great pleasure of presenting wonderful weight awards including a 6st7lb award to an amazing lady who joined us last January, two 3 st awards one of which was for a lovely male member so inspirational, two 1st7lb awards, two 1st awards and 8 members new to our group recieved that first but oh so important half stone award!! I feel so incredibly lucky to have such wonderful members in two amazing groups, I honestly do love my job. slimmingworld/
