Everett Weed is NGTG. Traded my 26 OG 100h for his 27 OG 100h. His bat was delivered to me on Friday at 1044 am. Upon opening box, I noticed that bat had multiple scratches / nicks that had been filled in with black marker, including one very deep gouge, as well as lots of areas surrounding endcap. Obviously none of this had shown up in pics, considering the bat is black. Also, upon tapping endcap on ground, bat does not sound right IMO. I own 3 other OG 100h and this one sounds completely different from the rest. Also sounds like something is loose inside bat when i grab barrel and shake the bat. I messaged him my concerns at 1100 am, 16 minutes after bat was delivered. He proceeded to tell me that he wasnt an easton guy, had never swung this bat before, just got it in a trade couple days prior. He told me to go and swing the bat to see if it had felt right to me. I told him I would not do that, because IMO, as soon as I put a swing on the bat, whatever happens after that, the bat is mine. I immediately told him I wanted to undo our deal because I felt that the bat I received wasnt as described to me by him or in his pictures. At this point, my bat had not been delivered to him yet, and he told me hed get back to me when he received my bat. Not really sure what that had to do with my concerns, but anyway. Upon following tracking of my bat to him, I immediately messaged him when it showed delivered. Countless messages from me to him later, very few responses from him, except for the occasional one from him stating he knows what he sent me and he didnt notice any marker spots. He has told me, as well as others, that he is unwilling to undo our trade because he feels like I did something to bat. I have told him multiple times that board etiquette is for deals to be undone if either party is unhappy with trade. This man is NGTG and should not be trusted and should be banned from all pages that he is a member of. He also is supposedly an owner of this facility: premiersportscomplexllc Sounds like a real trustworthy individual to be doing business with at his facility.
