Every 35 days your skin replaces itself Your liver is only about 5 months old, Your Lungs 2-3 weeks old, Your red blood cells are about 4 months old and your nails 6 months old. Think about this for a while, you body is constantly replacing old cells with new but where does the nutrients and fuel needed to make these new cells come from? OUR FOOD, we literally are the food we eat. How well your body regenerates cells and how smoothly it functions has a direct correlation to what you put in your mouth. We have a choice everyday, three to six times a day on what we fuel our body with, think about what you put into your body! Most of us dont know how good we are designed to feel :)
