Every Democratic country is govern by its Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. Now, if the constitution states that, if and when, an elected member of the Parliament crosses the floor thereby creating a shift in the balance of power in the government; then government has changed hands, and that new Majority, is now the new goverment until it is time for fresh elections. Why are we now trying to change the law? My question is: Why are these goat-skinned lawyers trying to rewrite the countrys constitution by saying that new election must be called? Why? The constitution did not state that. We have to follow the Law. Why are we not adhering to the Law of the Land? No wonder we were quick to block roads and mash down legitimate, democratic government. Vision we lack. Vincy, Vincy, wake up!
