Every Marriage has trials, tribulations and temptations. You go through phases, honeymoon phase, why did i do this phase etc etc. What I am saying is NOTHING will ever be perfect and those who you love and love you will disappoint you sometimes. So if you are looking for perfection there will be none, but you can offer each other counsel, comfort, understanding and support through lifes challenges and through each others growth as human beings. Remember neither of you is above the other and be complete partners through life together. Play to each others strengths and support each other through the weaknesses. If you chose correctly based off of someones heart and not other material things, you will make it, because you have that foundation of knowing you love that person for who they are and not for what they have or what you can get out of them. Being married now for almost 17 years, I know I chose correctly because she showed me her heart early on without realizing it and I knew our hearts aligned together. I want this for all of my people.
