At a deeper level Tai Chi is medically documented to improve ones health. As people progress learning the different forms of Tai Chi, they will learn to incorporate the breathing techniques used in Chi Kung (Qigong). This enables the mind to rest. Once performed in a relaxed state Tai Chi becomes like moving meditation. As well as improving co-ordination, posture, balance, respiration, blood circulation, and digestion, it has been known to help nervous disorders, heart disease, high blood pressure, pulmonary tuberculosis, ulcers and other chronic illnesses. So come and try it out, 4 euros a session
