Every Nigerian business is conned, by its own ego, to believe it is “different”. Such ridiculous rationale and delusional rant from people hanging on the edge of fiasco like a drab suit on a crooked metal hanger. Ask them: what makes you different? “My blog is different because it has a golden liner by the side that glows, it is not just plain like linda ikeji’s…” “Our TV programme is different because our presenter wears longer weaves than any other station, with beige tint for a bit of aesthetic drama…” “Our radio station is different because we have unique voices and have invested in (archaic) technology…” *(everyone has a unique voice, moron!) “Our bank is different because…if you look at the boots of our security men, it comes with spikes to kill rats…” “Our salon is different because, well, we swtich on the a/c…” “Our shopping mall is better because the walls were painted by an Italian…” Stark and unoriginal. Such mediocrity paraded like a Nobel Prize. We are jokers, all of us! *Ah! Im thinking out loud! mscheeeew!!!*
