Every Nigerian leader past and Present is an was a criminal, - TopicsExpress

Every Nigerian leader past and Present is an was a criminal, howbeit in varying degrees of severity, in short, their corrupt tendencies are not so import to me, not as much as capacity to perform the necessary tasks involved in effective governance. My problem with GEJ is nothing but his chronic intellectual impairment, and this is because, whether he wants to do the right thing or not, he bungles everything he touches. Only Nigerians would sentimentally give the very dullest and dumbest applicant, the most sensitive job of not just running their corporate affairs, but planning their future. What kind of people hand over the planning of their future to an idiot? Why do recruiting firms/companies always look for the smartest, most intelligent, and most experienced individuals? Which employer ever goes out to recruit the dumbest applicant out there? What kind of a citizenry hear their President say stealing is not corruption, and still leave same in office? What kind of a citizenry hear their President say, we will prevent similar attacks on our schools by building taller/bigger fence? And still continue to praise same for good performance and competence? Are the vast majority of Nigerians not demonstrably stupid? Are they not cowards? Are they not ignoramuses? Are they not hypocrites? Are those Nigerians asking for the status quo to remain not masochists??? I repeat, i dont give a shit about Buhari as he doesnt come close to my expected standards for leadership of a 21st century Nigerian. BUT, i have no doubt in my spirit that Buhari is 100 times better (especially considering his last performance in public office, as head of PTF) than the national embarrassment some criminals insist on foisting on us for another 4 years. If not for our blinding hypocrisy, ethno-religious bigotry, and extremely poor education, would kicking GEJ out be a subject for debate?
