Every Week Its some BS in the paper about our community, but you - TopicsExpress

Every Week Its some BS in the paper about our community, but you never hear the community side of things. Or the truth either its so upsetting for ppl who actually see where this is going. You young black men need to unite bc your isolated issues are being dubbed as orchestrated and related in the paper and you are being perceived as Gangs. The best thing you can do is continue your education find jobs and be productive and please dont get caught at the wrong place at the wrong time bc they lock you up and ask questions later. You are guilty until you can prove your innocent and thats not an guarantee when there is a hidden agenda. We live in a society where ppl can hate, lynch and kill for 100s of years & walk around freely in gowns and capes hiding there face and recruit and promote there followers to pursue careers in law enforcement, but when or if young black men identify with one another and god forbid an altercation occurs they are a gang with pictures on fb even holding money (lol) smh and the paper printed that garbage. Just maybe an isolated event is just that instead of this pathetic witch hunt. Now they are proposing curfews that will allow law enforcement to stop ppl and ID them which is in my opinion is just another aid in racial profiling certain demographics. All cops wont abuse it but some most certainly will. So young men when you are heated and caught up in the moment, you need to make wiser decisions bc too many ppl have to pay for it. When I was growing up your fight was your fight and if a friend or family member got in it ok now everything is escalated to the max and ppl freedom is at the expense of really pettiness but the time and legnth of the sentences are serious. So its time the community get involve and bring awareness. Why do they feel our community have to be imprison to get results. There are alternatives. Why are they labeling certain ppl as gangs when they dont identify themselves as that? Where are the community leaders that are concerned about the youth. Too many misunderstood imprisoned young men as we speak. Now violence is a zero tolerance issue, but most importantly hold ppl accountable for their actions. Instead all this alleged fabrications being printed as facts! Who will be the voice to reason with. We need to step up
