Every action and word we do and speak, reflects upon our inner thought processes. To make sure our actions and words are just and True, first we must ask ourselves constantly and learn to become aware of ourselves and our inner thoughts - so many things, ideas and thoughts go thru our minds at all times, we must/should develop the skill to weed out and not entertain or hold thoughts that are untrue, false judgements of things, matters and others, and hate, even undeserved, unjust hate of others, because of false and wrong misperceptions, believing lies, having concluded false and unfairly of others, based on hearsay, or on the little that we see of THE WHOLE REALITY (which God, the All knowing alone is privy to seeing and knowing!). Even those who have hurt or wronged us, we are commanded by our Lord and Master, not to harbour nor retain hate towards them. If we are unable to associate with such who are inclined to treat us poorly and unfairly, still we cannot bear the cancer of hate in our hearts. If we want to know and keep the peace and joyful love of the LOrd, we have to learn to obey His Commandments even if others dont and even if they violate almost every rule upon us or others. Amen.
