Every adoption is a cause for celebration, but some adoptions are worthy of even more fanfare. I think you’ll agree with us that both of these happy stories go well with a glass of bubbly: CHIEF, the handsome 4-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, went home with his new parents today. They have no other pets, so Chief will have his parents all to himself. At his meet n greet, Chief did his best to show off what a good boy he is, sitting on command and looking as cute as he possibly could. Congratulations to Chief and his new family! **drum roll please** CASPER, the incredibly adorable Casper — who has been waiting for his fur-ever family since April. Today, his new mom made it official, and oh what a family he got! FOTAS volunteer Angie adopted this fun-loving, sweet boy and named him Oscar. She was nice enough to share a photo of Oscar in his new home and says “he’s adjusting well.” I think I speak for everyone when I say how over-the-top we are that Oscar scored such a wonderful family.
