Every bad situation has great things to learn and take with us... After the burglary to our home kids were devastated...all their special things that they acquired over the years just gone.... How are we going to replace it all? I would reply Its just stuff. We are all ok. Thats what matters. I told them Ill just have to work hard and in time. They see sweets working 10-12 hour days now what seems like 7 days a week...Today they say can we go shopping at Best Buy and Alyssa is starting to like clothes that a bit more expensive.... So I said you can earn one item each? Lets do some work and when we are done we can go. They agree. I love my kids! Somehow they see that $40 is harder to come by for a ps3 game or a shirt. Brennon says lets go get a used one at hastings so I can get two... I told them thats 2 hours of work for mom.... I think they get it????
