Every cell in your body is simultaneously dying and being reborn in your body. This is the universal flux. Your body is recycled earth water and air so it is not the same as last year. Your mind is just a process from which thoughts, feelings, emotions run through. You cannot find YOU in your body. Its all a hallucination. In fact, the whole universe is in you. Your spirit is nonlocal. It has no space and time. Its unborn and it does not die. Ok, so who are you?
