Every class I teach the 5 stages of grief, and it brings raw emotion out in the class. this will go down as one of The more intense lessons. many tears shed from my class, amazing stories shared, and we still have four hours to go. No ones story is not worth the time it takes to hear it. Dont take for granted those around you, reach out and listen. This class was dedicated to my Dad....keep fighting, when you wake up, I wanna hear your story.
