Every convenience should carry labelling which describes how many people, other living organisms etc itll kill, spread a specific disease to, etc. We need to see our costs everyday in terms of these metrics. E.g. : No. of people potentially that the CO2 produced in a trip would have killed instead of kms, kmpl etc No. of species a N instances of product helped make extinct No. of sq kms of land that became arid due to X bottles of water etc. These are important metrics for us all, right? To make us seriously think of what price were willing to pay for each...?
