Every day I deliver my children go to school, clean the house and cook the meal. Frankly, As I complete the everyday’s work, I all the time lie in the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I would like to have a change. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to pursue a fine mode of life. But I am too slothful to take the first step. I always have excuses, for instance, I would like to join a Yoga lesson and my companions introduced me some clubs but I refused them all. “The teacher looks not fine. It’s very far away from my house. The time schedule isn’t fit for me” and so on.
