Every day I send my children go to school, sweep the room and cook the meal. Frankly, when I accomplish the everyday’s work, I invariably lie on the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I feel like to have a transform. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to pursue a fine mode of life. But I am too lazy to pile out the first step. I always have excuses, for example, I wish to join in a Yoga course and my companions recommended me some clubs but I rejected them all. “The teacher looks not fine. It’s very far away from my house. The time progamme isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to departure the comfy room to join in Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
