Every day I start with a meditation to release worry. Yes, I literally wake up worried. Its just my reality the last couple of years. Every morning I find an image to attach it to and then shift & release the image. Its a practice. Today. my worries feel like a coat of bees. You know how bees sometimes clothe beekeepers... you can feel the tickling of the feet. If you could fully surrender, their hum and feet might even feel soothing, but you KNOW it could all sting you at any moment. And so, I change them to butterflies... and they lift off and float around in circles. ULTIMATELY, worry lives in the future. Its our attachment to how things could go - that we wont get it done in time, or done right, or how it will unfold. But if it IS in the future, then its ALL a fantasy. (The only RIGHT reality is right now.) So I choose those wings, of what is yet to come, to be beautiful. To be POTENTIAL, instead of worry. And I stand in the middle, with wings circling everywhere, and breathe. :)
