Every day, do something that challenges you... while, accepting where you are. My abs are the weakest part of me. My chest often collapses in during boat pose (see below). But this time last year, I couldnt even sit up on my own without pushing off of my hands. Ive gotten significantly stronger and I didnt even notice my gradual progress. It all falls together when you work a little each day. Im happy where I am, because this tells me that this time next year, Ill be doing hand stands and head stands with ease. Every day sit up a little taller, strengthen your core and your spine, they are the foundation of you. Remind yourself to push your shoulders down and lift your head high. And remember to do something each day that gets your heart racing and focuses your mind. yogajournal/poses/489
