Every day god receives billions of prayers... Some about hunger and health - others about love and every day things. To him all concerns are just as valid and important. I think sometimes we know things are going to be hard and it scares us. So we go to him with everything. He doesnt get tired of hearing them... He doesnt say, All your problems are meaningless or Im tired of going over this again and again. He just listens, even when he knows things will work themselves out. So what Im trying to say is I know I need to be a better listener. Sometimes I get by with the bare minimum and it isnt fair to anyone. My heart used to be so big and now I feel like theres barely any room to grow without being vulnerable or getting hurt. Honestly its lonely. Im tired of being alone and holding everything in because its safe.
