Every established restaurant should have a few signature dishes; dishes that are highly sought after, that represent the best that their talents have to offer and keep the customers coming back over and over again. After 15 years, Giorgios has built up a nice collection of these gems and this weekend we are happy to announce the return of a few of these dishes to our specials list for the weekend. Chef George spends hours and hours perfectly creating homemade thin crepes by hand in order to have them available to stuff with a seafood mixture of Shrimp, Scallops, and Crab (Seafood Crepes) or a meat mixture of beef, veal, mozzarella and ricotta (Cannelloni Bolognese). As usual, these specials are seemingly the only thing that comes out of the kitchen when they are on the menu, and they go quickly. We invite you to come and try them while they last. Have a Great Weekend and Happy Halloween!! **Please note that the Large Giorgio’s Dining Room will be scarily decorated in preparation for the WineStyles Halloween Party that begins tonight (Friday) at 9:30.** As always, here are the specials for the weekend…..
