Every individual wants to be successful, wants to be recognized and also wants to be praised. You will agree nothing wrong in these expectations! But when people encounter failure they feel dejected, feel that their abilities are not recognised and start doubting on their strengths. It is beautifully narrated in this quote-Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.. Just imagine if all the inventors in the world went on the expectation of achieving success in every attempt that they make? How many failures they might have faced and also imagine how much of pain and negative thoughts and comments they might have come across?. Have they stopped their efforts? They all knew there will be high probability of failure and they reduced the emotional discouragement and they focused on problem solving by analysing what might have gone wrong and how they can set in right. The key factor in this scenario is their attitude of brimming over with courage and continuing their efforts.
