Every now and again I need a reminder of the IMPACT that we as coaches can have in the lives of others. Sometimes I get SO BUSY I forget to take notice of the little things, the ripple effect that is constantly in action... and need to STOP & REALIZE that HOLY CRAP, what we do DOES make a difference... the products we as coaches represent DO change & sometimes even SAVE lives and really TAKE IN how BLESSED I am to be a part of this positive movement! . 3 QUICK TESTIMONIES that have blessed me lately: . #1 - My friend Brandon Day! . Brandon got to a point in his life where he found himself at 334lbs and knew he had to do something drastic to change his circumstances. He committed to 13 weeks of T-25 in went ALL IN... in 90 days he lost 75 POUNDS and regained his energy, drive & confidence and is now a coach himself, paying forward the support to OTHERS who ARE where he once was!
