Every now and then a workout like today comes along and makes your realize most of the other WODs really werent THAT bad. 3 Rounds @ 100% Effort - Rest 12 minutes between each round. 250m Row 10 KB Swings (70/53) 10 Burpees 10 KB Swings 10 Burpees 10 KB Swings 250m Row Brutal - Just brutal. What were your thoughts on this workout? You can thank James Fitzgerald and his crew at OPT for designing this awesome test of work capacity and the ability to recover between efforts.
