Every one that is on my friends list is a relative or very close friends. so I offer this update to keep you informed and request that you include us in your prayers. We all know the power of prayer and believe in its miracles. A lot are aware that Linda beat breast cancer 18 years ago and, ironically, just participated in her first walk for cancer as a survivor last month. Last week a biopsy was done and was determined to be malignant. today we met with surgeon and now will go through stress of waiting 10 to 14 days for surgery to be scheduled. Fortunately the onocologist and surgeon have both said we are getting it very early and it is very small, and if pathology confirms at time of operation lymph nodes are clear, we should only have to endure radiation treatments with no chemo. also ironically, this summer was us wanting to accomplish a lot of our "bucket list" travels which will be put on hold for awhile. We planned to attend our Devine Family campout, but at this point just do not know how to plan anything except what the doctors do about schedualing. So with all the love and humility we can muster, we ask all to keep Linda in your prayers.
