Every prescribed medication has a side effect, some more then others... and as such medical practitioners need to take careful stock of the same before they administer such... Akin to that... every solution has a cost and consequence that has to be fully understood. For instance, capital punishment for most part has not deterred those that resort to extreme brutality... but has engaged humans in playing demiGods.
