Every responsible and spiritually mature believer in Christ is called to discharge the responsibilities of his ministry the Lord has entrusted him with. That was Pauls advise to Timothy in the church in Ephesus. If apostolic : go and preach the gospel, gather the saved, build apostolic and biblical foundations, recognize elders among them and move on. If prophetic: inspire and influence the church to sphere head the kingdom of God and the things of God. If pastoral: mature the new believers to serve and live the gospel. If evangelistic: preach the gospel. If teaching: get into expository preaching of the depth and richness of Gods word. Its time for the church to grow to maturity in Christ as we labour in the ministry entrusted to us.
