Every runner is different and progresses at a different rate. Our training plans recognize these differences and allow you to progress at your own rate. Here is a blog from a runner using our plans. I’m loving this training plan too. It acknowledges that we are not machines, and can’t push ourselves to new limits each and every week without risking burnout, and injury. It makes sure to prompt you to asses your progress at the end of each week, and determine if you are physically ready to move on to the next level, repeat the same level, or work in a recovery. After four weeks of leveling up each week, it’s time for a down week!
