Every second is another chance to turn it all around! And, every second is another opportunity to take one more step towards your goal! You can do it! Just breathe, make the decision, and do something (even small)! Take it one step at a time & one day at a time. These will eventually add up. It moves you forward. Before you know it....those steps start mentally inspiring you & it creates momentum. Then you are on a roll! But remember, it starts first with a thought & then a firm decision to do it.
