Every since my depressive episode last month due to finally hitting my own outer limits fjord productivity, I no longer pressure myself to respond to people in a timely manner, even those people whom I care for deeply. I simply have too much on my plate with being present to two children, feeding them, keeping my home clean (ha!), working, and trying to fit in any small amount of self care. I miss long phone calls, writing in depth back-and-forth emails, etc. One day, I will have that kind of leisure again. Until then, I hope my friends understand.
