Every time I drop Lexus off at camp I see the line of some 200 people waiting in line for the food pantry to open, women with babies, elderly folks, homeless & then I think of all the people on Facebook who post that people who receive assistance drive Cadillacs and have Gucci bags. I want to take them by the hand to this pantry seven days a week to show them what poverty looks like - maybe it would end their hateful rants on the poor & begin to rant about how we need to eradicate poverty instead of bashing those that live in it.
