Every time I hear Mark Farners Inside Looking Out I cant stop thinking about his Gibson Messenger where he got sick of the feedback from the F-holes so he stuffed them with foam and duct taped them shut and covered the duct tape with masking tape. ;) youtube/watch?v=INYedEqtSVk Then I think of all the old tricks I learned from all the analog peeps like pointing a mic into a commode and singing into the commode instead of the mic for reverb, and sticking a Pignose into a 55gallon drum full of foam for flattening up all the verb, etc... :)
