Every time I hear that there is a shooting or traffic accident, I hope that I dont know the people. Well this time it was someone I knew, It was my cousin. I dont really know what happened last night and wont be quick to judge anyone. I didnt know what my cousin was thinking or what the cop was thinking at the time this all took place. I will ask this, Why when is it that when you get a call that there is a person cutting them self with a knife in the street you show up with guns blazing? Isnt there some kind of protocol in place that will have some kind of Crisis Response Team respond along with the cop or dont the cops have some kind of training. Something I dont think this cop had. I feel this didnt have to happen . Dont get me wrong I know cops have a tough job and there are a lot of people that hate cops, Im not one of those people. I myself wont or couldnt do their job. And I have friends and family members who are or work for a police dept. What make me the saddest that my cousin in not so many ways was asking for help and not the type of help that he got. I ask for your prayer & thoughts for my Aunt & Uncle and the rest of our family at this time. And I ask that you are not quick to judge. and respect each other.
