Every time I watch children go into their forever parents eager, waiting arms, I cant help but think of my heavenly Father adopting me into His forever family. I was lonely, helpless, and eternally lost, but He reached across time and space and said, You are Mine, my lovely one, my treasured, precious daughter. I have loved you with an everlasting love, and wrapped you in my everlasting arms. Never will I leave you, nor forsake you. As beautiful as it is to watch these children be adopted into their forever families, it is but a faint reminder of the stunning magnificence that is His adoption of us. But my, I do LOVE being a witness to that reminder. :)
