The stories show the struggle and triumph of individuals in hopes that it will inspire our students to persevere. Last week Mr. McCandless shared a story about a young man who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as a child. They told this young man he couldnt exercise and he wouldnt live to graduate high school. This young man is Brian McCandless and this summer,he will cycle from San Francisco to Annapolis to show that the only disability one will face is the mentality of: I cant. See his story.
