Every year at least 25 storms hit the Philippines. When storms hit, falling trees and falling electrical posts cut electrical lines - cutting services to homes, offices, industries, transportaion, communication and public services - endagering lives, often electrocuting people. WHY DONT WE MAKE A ONE-TIME BIG-TIME INVESTEMENT in installing eletric lines UNDERGROUND to prevent all these avoidable but constantly repeating disasters!?
