Every year it seems like the American Academy of Pediatrics is narrowing more and more the recommendation on which babies can receive the RSV vaccine. It worries me a lot. This money is very well spent and does a lot of good for many babies. The AAP should reconsider this, but I know they will not. They have become too big and too removed from the daily lives of pediatricians and from what we need to better care for our patients.
