Every year many pets are accidentally poisoned with automotive antifreeze. Dogs and cats are attracted to the sweet taste of ethylene glycol and when ingested it can be potentially life threatening. Please be cautious when using or storing your automotive antifreeze so that no puddles or collection pans are left behind. If you think your pet has ingested antifreeze, please have your pet evaluated by a Veterinarian and call the Pet Poison Helpline for treatment support.
