Every year on Calton Hill in Edinburgh there is a pagan celebration called the Beltane Fire Festival. This is a revival of ancient Bel/Baal worship customs. Every year on that evening a group of Christians from the church in Edinburgh goes to the festival to be a light in the darkness and to speak to the people who attend about Jesus Christ. Im heading there today to film them in action for the upcoming Kindling series. Your prayers for the teams safety and that the gospel would penetrate the darkness would be much appreciated tonight. (Also for good weather so that we can get some useful footage for the series!)
