Today is the start of Day 1 for many of you (and the start of Round 2 for me). You may be nervous, anticipating your 10-Day journey but you will be alright. As a matter of fact, you will be more than alright. You will be downright FABULOUS! Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What are you going to do with it? Ill tell you what. You are going to take this journey. You will watch as your body changes, evolves. Your skin will grow clearer. Your body will lose inches. You will lose pounds. Your energy will be through the roof. You will fit clothes you thought you would never wear again. Your mood will be upbeat. Small things wont bother you anymore. Your friends and family will be amazed at the changes in you. What will you do? You will tell all your friends about the wonderful changes that came about and urge them to come on and try their hand at a new lifestyle. Theyll try it and be happy too! So, welcome and congratulations on starting Day 1 and having your whole future ahead of you.
