Everybody knows something they can do to improve themselves. But knowing and doing are two different things. Most people who want to lose weight know what a healthy diet is, but they try to overcomplicate the issue to put off taking action. They debate low carb, intermittent fasting, detoxing and all that jazz, rather than thinking about small changes they can start making now that they KNOW will work. You get better at something by doing it, not by knowing what you should do.
