Everybody will jump into some kind of fitness routine for New Years Resolution and people will do the= Monkey See Monkey Do Approach! Which is not best way2 learn things especially kettle bells then you blame kettle bells dont work ? You have spend time to educate yourself 1st to learn any kind of fitness system. More Perception Training and this is what you see in Gym all day and everyday. This could lead to injuries and bad ingrain of bad moments! And people wonder why they knee, back, and shoulder problems? Training is suppose2 prevent injuries not cause them? I often times see people dont want to spend the time or the money to learn correctly! People they think they can learn something by just watching U-tube university or by someone who has no knowledge about what they teaching. Proper training requires proper mindset. You always strengthen what you repeat. Both good form and bad form are reinforced with practice. Are you repeating function (=good form) or dysfunction (bad form)? If you practice bad form youre creating a bad recruitment pattern that needs to be fixed or erased from your brain. It takes double the time to erase a bad recruitment pattern that you learn incorrectly and now has become dysfunction. Thats why its so important to learn proper form and technique in the first place. Most of time this cant be learnt by reading a book or watching videos. I invite you to come down and try a session for yourself to find out how proper form can give results quickly.
