Everyday I come to work, I try to be open minded, understanding, put myself in everyones shoes, but most of all be fair & always speak the truth. When the truth is spoken its not to undermine or to discredit but to remind of how things should be with regard to other employees. I see some people who feel good about micromanage and wanting to emphasize the power that they hold to make decisions and sometimes they make decisions based on their personal feelings and what not. Its sad, that some have forgotten the road they came from. But its ok, God will return the favor so they can taste their medicine @ some point in time.
