Everyday is hump day this week. Every day this week, Body in Motion Miami will show you a variety of glute exercises, guaranteed to grow your booty! Todays exercise is, walking lunges. Besides toning your legs and helping your balance, walking lunges are an amazing move for lifting and shaping your backside. Always try and use extra weight , you can use 2 20-pound dumbbells or use a 40-pound sandbag, as shown here in the video. You also want to make sure that you get a really deep lunge, try and even have your knee graze the floor every time you go down. Never let your knee track over your toes. Be aware of your form!
