Everyday is not going to look the same. Everyday is not going to deliver the exact same circumstances. So, we accept change and we quickly switch things up to adjust and keep moving forward. Today was that kinda day for me. Kids needed out of the house to run and play and mama needed a workout and a minute to think. So the YMCA for a 4 mile run and a good dose of weights happened. I cannot believe the amount of energy I have since eating clean. Its refreshing to workout and not be dead. Hope restored!!!
