Everyday theres a very important story being written about the Babyboomer Retirement Crisis worth reading about. Yesterday, I noticed traffic was far lighter then normal for June. That speaks volumes but it reflects the growing number of Babyboomers are reaching age 65. It does not mean all Babyboomers are retiring and no longer working. What it does say is people who grow older are traveling much less to work. WORK itself often being a large part of peoples lives gives them a sense of self worth. People are motivated to be productive. When work disappears tragedy and hopelessness are never far behind. Suicide reports are apppearing more and more common in the mainstream press. Its a sad reality story the world needs to understand. Alot of people who can not afford a comfortable retirement will commit suicide after going broke, busted and bankrupt. Having nothing no longer worth losing people will tend to lose one lasting thing including there selves. Seeing fewer and fewer people traveling on the streets of the US means people is a sign many people having really given up making a living.
